Our story

The Fabric Club is above all a family endeavour. The story of a couple of textile aficionados comprised of Linda Guérin and Mario Petit, the latter born into a four-generation textile industry family. In 1992, they open their first The Fabric Club store in Saint-Hubert with the dream of becoming the largest sewing products and fabric store in Canada.

From the very beginning, Québécois consumers love the concept. With the growing demand, the couple opens another store in Laval in the following years in addition to adding two franchises in Québec and Sherbrooke.

In 2012, Linda and Mario's son, Frédérik Guérin, takes over the business and gives his own colours to his parent's vision.

OUR COMMITMENT
