No. Orders processed online cannot be modified or cancelled.
There are three explanations possible:
1. To have access to your member discount online, you must be connected to your account when placing an order. Otherwise, you will be charged regular price.
2. If you are connected to your online account, but the member discount does not appear, your information may not be associated to your account. To fix the problem, write us at [email protected] and we will correct the situation as soon as possible.
3. Your subscription has expired. In that case, just add a renewal to your cart. You can purchase a renewal HERE.
No. The merchandise shown on the website is only available for online purchase.
No. Shipping is available exclusively on products found on our website.
If you don’t understand some terms or product names, we suggest referring to our lexicon.
Products that are out of stock and will no longer be available don’t appear on our website. Products that are to be renewed at a later date are always visible and marked as out of stock.
We do not have a sampling program, but you can always order the minimum amount (usually 25 cm). This will allow you to feel the fabric and make an informed decision: colour, weight, draping, thickness, etc.
We ship in Canada exclusively, and flat fees are charged depending on your province or region.
Quebec and Ontario: $9
Other provinces: $12
Remote areas: $50
An overweight fee may apply to some items. Those are identified as such and the fee will be applied to the shopping cart.

Every order is processed within 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). Every order is shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Once your order is ready to leave the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to locate your package via the Canada Post website. Due to the increased volume of orders during promotional periods, order processing and preparation times may be extended. While we strive to process all orders within the usual timeframes, additional delays may occur. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

At Club Tissus, we constantly strive to offer the best service and the highest quality products at the best possible price. In order to continue to offer you all this, we had to make the difficult decision to no longer offer free delivery. This decision was not taken lightly. With the rising costs of transport, raw materials and logistics, it became necessary to adjust our delivery policy to ensure the sustainability of our services without compromising the quality of the products you expect from us. On average, delivery of a parcel costs $16 in Quebec, plus packaging materials.

For your first login, you’ll need to create an account by following the instructions. After creating your account, any future courses purchased (using the same email address) will be automatically added to your account.

No, there is no deadline. Once you purchase a course, you enjoy unlimited lifetime access. You can revisit it as many times as you want, without any restrictions.
It means you retain access to your course forever, even years after your purchase. You can review it at any time, as often as needed.
Since your purchase is a digital product (PDF patterns and online courses), it is considered “used” once downloaded or opened. Therefore, digital purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date to discuss available options.
