ONLINE REFUND POLICY

The Fabric Club will reimburse new, unused and intact goods in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Are not eligible for reimbursement any product no longer in its packaging or if the packaging is open or can’t be identified as a The Fabric Club product.

The following cannot be reimbursed

Cut merchandise, kit for sewing non-medical mask, reusable masks, foams and foam mattresses, Kodel, cushion and pillow forms, bra forms, shoulder pads, special orders, custom poles, scissors, rotary cutters and blades, fabric coupons, books and magazines, patterns, yarns and thread, aerosol products, fabric adhesives.

Report a problem

Any problems must be reported to us within 14 days following receipt of the package. Any reports made beyond 14 days will not be considered. We therefore recommend that you inspect the merchandise as soon as you receive it, before even cutting or washing it. In case of return, the item must not have been cut, washed, stained or impregnated with odors (or any other alterations). If this is the case, no refund will be issued.

There are two options to return an eligible item

  1. IN-STORE RETURNS
    You can make a return or an exchange at any The Fabric Club store with a printed copy of your electronic receipt. This no fee option must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  2. MAIL-IN RETURNS
    Write us at [email protected] specifying your order number and the item you wish to return. We will respond as soon as possible with an authorization number and our return address. The refund will be completed once the item is received and inspected (the item must not have been cut, washed, stained or impregnated with odors . If this is the case, no refund will be issued). Please note that the return delivery charges are at the custumer's expense and is non-refundable.

COLOUR VARIATIONS  

Due to the monitors calibration, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see online will be exactly representative of the actual colour. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds on fabrics that do not match the expected colour.  

To be sure of the colour, we recommend that you order the minimum cut (25 cm) before ordering a larger quantity.
