Louise is the ideal fabric to make a shacket, that hybrid garment between a shirt and a jacket. This fabric is thicker than a flannel but thinner than regular coating fabric. You can sew a nice loose-fitting overshirt that will complement your fall and winter ensembles. The Louise wool is brushed on one side for a softer feel.
